​Quick Hearts of Palm Lasagna with Ricotta and Spinach

​Ingredients

​1 Pouch (or can) of Tropicalfoods Heart of Palm Lasagna Sheets. 
1 cup of Ricotta (or cottage) cheese. 
1 cup of fresh spinach. 
1 cup of marinara (tomato) sauce. 
1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese for gratin.

​Preparation (Time: 25 min)

​Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Drain the hearts of palm slices well. (They don't need to be pre-cooked!).
In a small baking dish, layer the marinara sauce on the bottom, followed by a heart of palm slice, a layer of ricotta, and spinach.
Repeat the layers until finished.
Top with the remaining sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
